Triolan Speed Test
This page provides a precise internet speed test for Triolan customers in Ukraine. Whether you are connected via standard 100 Mbps Ethernet or the high-speed Gigabit (1000 Mbps) connection, verify your bandwidth here.
Triolan is a major Ukrainian provider known for delivering Fiber-to-the-Building (FTTB) technology, offering direct Ethernet connections to apartments without the need for modems.
Interpreting Your Triolan Results
Download Speed:
- 100 Mbps Plan: You should consistently see 90-95 Mbps on a wired connection.
- Gigabit Plan: Results should be between 800-950 Mbps. If you see exactly ~95 Mbps, your
router or cable might be limited to Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps).
Upload Speed:
- Symmetrical: Triolan connections are typically symmetrical. Your upload speed should be
very close to your download speed, which is excellent for seeding torrents or uploading to cloud storage.
Ping (Latency):
- Local (Ukraine):
< 5ms.
- Europe: 30-50ms.
Triolan Router Configuration (BYOD)
Triolan typically provides a direct Ethernet cable. You likely use your own router (TP-Link, Tenda, ASUS). Here are common login details:
| Router Brand | Login Details |
| TP-Link / Tenda / Mercusys |

| ASUS / Netis / Xiaomi |

Common Troubleshooting
Stuck at 100 Mbps (Gigabit Plan): Inspect your Ethernet cable. It must have all 8 copper wires crimped (CAT5e/CAT6). If it only has 4 wires, your speed is physically limited to 100 Mbps.
"Network Cable Unplugged": If your internet cuts out completely, try plugging the Triolan cable directly into your PC. If it works there, the WAN port on your router might be faulty.
Wired vs Wi-Fi Testing
Gigabit speeds cannot be reliably tested over Wi-Fi 5 (AC). You need Wi-Fi 6 (AX) or a direct Ethernet connection to see speeds above 500-600 Mbps.
When to contact Triolan Support
Call the contact center if:
There is a physical break in the cable in your hallway.
You bought a new router and need to register its MAC address (though often auto-detected).
You have significantly lower speeds than your plan allows.
Triolan Speed Test FAQs
Why is my Triolan speed stuck at 100 Mbps when I pay for Gigabit? This is the most common issue. Your router likely has "Fast Ethernet" (100 Mbps) ports instead of "Gigabit" ports, or you are using an old 4-wire cable. Upgrade your router and cable to fix this.
How do I login to my Triolan router? Since you provide your own router, check the sticker on
the bottom. Common addresses are 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. Triolan uses Dynamic
IP, so no PPPoE login is required.
Does Triolan use PPPoE or Dynamic IP? Triolan uses Dynamic IP (DHCP). When configuring your router, simply select "Dynamic IP" in the WAN settings. You do not need a username or password from the ISP to connect.
What is the Triolan support phone number? For general support, call +38 (096) 720-15-15, +38 (093) 172-16-16, or +38 (095) 233-15-15.
